Welcome to RE Spa and Reveal Waxing & Skincare, operated by Jarhead and Squid LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of www.respas.com, www.revealwaxstudio.com, and all related services. By using our websites, booking appointments, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
2. Covered Locations
- RE Spa – 2750 Racetrack Road #101, St. Johns, FL 32259
- Reveal Waxing & Skincare – Bartram, 13820 Old St Augustine Road #209, Jacksonville, FL 32258
- Reveal Waxing & Skincare – Beach, 13740 Beach Blvd #104, Jacksonville, FL 32224
All bookings, memberships, and guest data are managed through our shared Zenoti platform. Credits and gift cards may be used at any location.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or directly with our staff. Cancellation and late policies are disclosed at booking and may vary slightly by location. We reserve the right to charge for missed or late cancellations per our posted policy.
4. Memberships, Packages & Gift Cards
- Valid across all RE Spa and Reveal Waxing & Skincare locations
- Non-transferable and non-refundable
- May include expiration or usage terms
- Lost or stolen cards may not be replaceable
5. Payments
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment systems. RE Spa does not store full card details.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to Jarhead and Squid LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Services
Our websites may link to external booking, email, or payment platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.
8. Disclaimers
Our websites and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jarhead and Squid LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
