All locations operate under Jarhead and Squid LLC and share a unified booking and guest management system.

Appointment Cancellation Policy – We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for any appointment booked at any location. There is a 50% fee to cover your service provider’s appointment time unless we are able to get that appointment time filled otherwise. No Call No Shows are 100% of the service fee booked for that time. Please contact us the day prior to your reservation to avoid cancellation fees.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information when you:

• Book services through our online scheduling system (Zenoti)
• Create or manage a membership or account
• Purchase gift cards, packages, or retail products
• Subscribe to our newsletter
• Submit a contact form or communicate with us
